Tall poppy syndrome is a pejorative term primarily used to describe a social phenomenon in which people of genuine merit are resented, attacked, cut down, or criticised because their talents or achievements elevate them above or distinguish them from their peers.
If you are a fan of lyricism, patterns, rhyme schemes, structures and all the other nerdy yard stick attributes that rappers buzz off then this one is gonna make you go "raaahhh", Sonnyjim went off on one with this one, weaving in and out with the schemes the way he strings it altogether with the wordplay is badass, he kind of gives you the impression that this is just him showing off, reminding us why he has garnered that respect, in comparison picture a circa '66 era Ali turning up to an amateur boxing club "just to see whats up".
