American dubstep producer Minnesota doesn’t just create songs, he induces you in a hazy music landscape of long winded strings and soft percussions. Electronic music is not about the next big over-climatic drop (though we do tend to enjoy those) but a way to express ourselves using a manipulable digital medium. No matter how rugged the electronic elements may be, Minnesota’s talent is to simply create organic experiences among distinctively unnatural sounds.
