'OCCUPY' the single is a walloping kick from London Afrobeat Collective, leading the momentum for the local, global, positive dance movement that is stirring for the summer of 2012! After stampeding through a few studio hours, exploring deep musical roots and topical yet relentless social issues, LAC present their new single, and with brand spanking remixes too, are poised to take an Olympic running jump at your ears! The release comes flanked by four sizzling remixes, hot for the dancefloor and hungry ears. Up first is a wonderfully dubbed out hip-hop glitch dream from the excellent Mother Nature’s Orchestra. Then there’s a killer Old School House workout from East London vintage studio don Claws For? (Clause Four/Modern Soul Records). The third remix is a Carl Craig style tech-house banger from Fear of the Rave, and finally an in your face no holds barred dub version by LAC’s own trumpeter Mr. Andy ‘Weltic’ Watts.
