On his iD.EOLOGY debut, Russian production-whizz Counterphase goes to show he knows which buttons to push and which knobs to twist in order to twang your psyche. With orchestral strings and brass-licks, vocal snippets and noises he conceives epic, sometimes dramatic, sometimes contemplative panoramas, in front of which he stages and stars his main actors Dubstep and Drum’n'Bass. 
When the lights go out and the acoustic film starts rolling, a haunting play set inbetween eerie and bittersweet atmospheres slowly but steadily unfolds in your mind. Much like Lynch and Herzog on a joint directors’ job. Only this time, you yourself join in on the job, too.
